Don Wong is the visionary founder and CEO of NeuraEdge, bringing over 20 years of expertise at the intersection of engineering and management. With 12 years of engineering experience at tech giants such as China Mobile, Tencent, and Alibaba, Don has a proven track record of seamlessly integrating diverse technologies and executing complex projects. His subsequent 8 years as a Managing Director further honed his leadership capabilities. As a pioneer in ESG technology, Don drives innovation to enhance decision-making, delivering cutting-edge solutions that empower sustainable growth and meaningful impact.
Co-Founder & Managing Director
Maggie Lu serves as the Co-Founder and Managing Director of NeuraEdge, leveraging over a decade of experience in management consulting. As a global certified strengths coach, she has guided organizations in finding and developing top talent, enhancing employee engagement, and increasing team effectiveness. Her expertise extends to conducting in-depth interviews of managers and executives, delivering strategic insights to optimize leadership and drive performance. Maggie also has prior experience as the Mayor's Assistant for the City of Canton, Ohio, where she played a pivotal role in talent recruitment and organizational strategy. At NeuraEdge, Maggie provides strategic direction, strengthens team capabilities, and leverages precise market insights to amplify the company's impact in the ESG space.
Chief Scientist
Professor Ming Yu is the Chief Scientist at NeuraEdge. He brings a 24-year career in Canadian industry, including service as Chief Scientist at a Fortune 500 company. He is a Fellow of IEEE and the Canadian Academy of Engineering (CAE). With 8 years in academia—most recently as a retired Professor at The Chinese University of Hong Kong—Professor Yu has demonstrated proven leadership in high-tech R&D and in developing high-performance teams.
Principal Consultant
Henry Huang is the Principal Consultant at NeuraEdge, offering 13 years of extensive experience in risk management, external auditing, and consulting services. He possesses deep expertise in auditing processes, IT systems, control validation, and impact assessment. Henry is well-versed in internal control frameworks, overseas listing guidelines (United States and Hong Kong), and compliance regulations in both the United States and China. With more than a decade of IT project and data center governance experience in domestic financial institutions and global IT companies, Henry plays a pivotal role in ensuring robust governance and compliance for NeuraEdge and its clients.
